How the mini series works
Each stop is its own PDGA C-tier tournament with a flex start — show up any time during the day's window, play your round on a card with other entrants, and score live on the PDGA digital scorecard. No fixed mass tee time, no every-week commitment. Play the ones you can; every stop you play earns series points.
- Play your window. Tee off any time Saturday during the event window; coordinate a card with other players.
- Card minimum: groups of 3+ so scores are verified — same as any sanctioned round.
- PDGA-rated. Every stop counts toward your PDGA rating (full C-tier weight).
- Show up, score points. Just completing a round banks solid points — then your finish adds more.
Winter flex is a feature. Short daylight and cold Saturdays make a fixed tee time miserable — flex start lets you pick the warmest, brightest part of the day to get your round in.

How you compete — Pros & Ams
Pros
Play for cash — available the next day at the pro shop. Fully PDGA-rated, competitive Open leaderboard at every stop.
Amateurs
Win TTDG store credit & merchandise plus added prizes — per PDGA rules, am payouts are non-cash, so your winnings stock your bag.
Entry & payout
$15 to play each stop ($12 entry + $3 series fee) · +$5 if you're in on the ace pot.
Pros paid in cash, ams in TTDG store credit + prizes. Your $3 series fee splits $2 to the end-of-series championship pot (paid to the series leaders at the Jan 23 finale) and $1 to admin — so the more stops you play, the bigger the pot you're chasing. The $5 ace pot is optional and rolls over stop to stop until someone cashes in.
Series points — show up, score
Simple, and it rewards both showing up and playing well: 30 points just for finishing each stop, up to 20 more for a top-5 finish, and a 50-point bonus for playing all 7. Miss a stop and you forfeit 80 points you can't get back — so playing every event is still the smart play, but your finishes matter too.
- Play & finish any stop: 30 points.
- Finish bonus in your division: 1st +20 · 2nd +14 · 3rd +10 · 4th +6 · 5th +3.
- Play all 7 stops: +50 bonus plus a guaranteed share of the series pot.
- All stops count, no drops — miss one and you forfeit 80 points.
Points per stop (per division)
| Play & finish a round | 30 |
| 1st place | +20 |
| 2nd place | +14 |
| 3rd place | +10 |
| 4th place | +6 |
| 5th place | +3 |
| Play all 7 stops (season bonus) | +50 |
Win a stop = 50 · just playing = 30 · play all 7 = +50. Finishes matter — and playing every stop still wins.
Registration & the fine print
- Pre-register for each stop (Disc Golf Scene / posted link) — sign up early so we can plan the flex windows.
- PDGA number required — join the PDGA, or pay the small non-member fee at check-in.
- Minimum field: at least 7 players pre-registered by the Wednesday before (3 days out). If the field is short, the TD may cancel that stop.
- If a stop is cancelled: your prepaid entry rolls to the next stop or is refunded (your choice), and any ace-pot money always carries over. A cancelled stop simply drops from the series — standings aren't affected.
Dress for it: layers, hand warmers, and a bright disc or two. If a stop gets snowed or iced out, watch the club channel for the make-up call.
Divisions
Play against others at your level. We'll run the divisions that draw enough players and combine small ones as needed — winter fields run leaner, so expect some combining.
Sign up — get on the list
This isn't official registration — that happens on Disc Golf Scene for each stop. This just puts you on our list so we can plan the fields and ping you when registration opens.
Seven stops. One title. Keep the disc flying 🥏❄️
When the State Championship and Space Race wrap, the season isn't over. Play one stop or chase them all — and the more you show, the better your shot at the series pot.
