At Top Tier Disc Golf, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it right—quickly and professionally.
Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, items must be unused, unthrown, and in their original condition.
For in-store purchases, please bring your receipt. If you’re a returning customer in our system, we can verify your purchase history. If we cannot verify the purchase, we’re unable to process the return.
How to start a return
To initiate a return or exchange, contact our team at proshop@toptierdiscgolf.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Return scenarios
Defects or fulfillment errors: If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping and issue a full refund or exchange once the item is received in its original condition.
Change of mind or sizing issues: If you’d like to return or exchange an item for personal preference, you’ll be responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the product in new condition, we’ll issue a refund or exchange as requested.
